Mid Autumn Festival is a traditional festival of China. It used to be as important as Spring Festival is usually celebrated in September or Ocotber. This festival is to celebrate the havast and to enjoy the beautiful moon some extent， it is like Thanks Giving day in western countries. On this day， people usually get together with their families and have a nice meal. After that， people always eat delicious moon cakes， and watch the moon. The moon is always very round on that day， and makes people think of their relitives and friends. It is a day of pleasure and happiness. Hope you have a wonderful Mid Autumn festival!

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the two most important holidays in the Chinese calendar (the other being the Chinese Lunar New Year)， and is a legal holiday in several countries.

The Mid-Autumn Festival has all interesting history. Long ago in one of the dynasties of China there was a king who was very cruel to the people and did not manage the country well. The people were so angry that some brave ones suggested killing the king. So they wrote notes telling about the meeting place and time and put them into cakes. On the 15th day of the 8th lunar month every person was told to buy the cakes. When they ate them they discovered the notes. So they gathered together to make a sudden attack on the king. From then on the Chinese people celebrate on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month and eat "moon cakes" in memory of that important event.

Farmers celebrate the end of the summer harvesting season on this date. Traditionally，on this day，Chinese family members and friends will gather to admire the bright mid-autumn harvest moon， and eat moon cakes and pomeloes together. It is also commmon to have barbecues outside under the moon， and to put pomelo rinds on one‘s head. Brightly lit lanterns are often carried around by children.

Together with the celebration，there appear some special customs in different parts of the country，such as burning incense，planting Mid-Autumn trees，lighting lanterns on towers，and fire dragon dances. Shops selling mooncakes，before the festival，often display pictures of Chang‘e，floating to the moon.

As you know,there's no enough clean water for people. So many of them lose their lives because of water. It's time that we must do something useful to protect our environment. We can plant trees and take good care of them.

We can save the water and ask our parents to do so. We can't throw any litter onto the ground and we should collect them for recycling.

As a junior at Cleveland University, I am learning about the technical side of accounting through a rigorous accounting course load. In addition, I am learning to be a team player and to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. For example, in my marketing class, I did a group presentation on Starbucks. We had one week to evaluate Starbucks financial position, future opportunities, and recommend a strategy for Starbucks to compete well against Caribou Coffee. Working with group members that have conflicting opinions was quite challenging, exciting, and ultimately rewarding for me. Likewise, projects that I have completed at Creative Solutions Inc., and the Cleveland Municipal Water District further enhanced my accounting skills as well as offered insights into different aspects of the business world. My responsibilities included bookkeeping for thousands of dollars. At Finance, Inc., I would also like to make a contribution by using my outstanding analytical skills and be challenged to work to my potential by working with diverse clientele. In addition, I look forward to understanding more about Finance, Inc爆餾 role in business.

A Sunday between March 22 and April 25

The meaning of many different customs observed during Easter Sunday have been buried with time. Their origins lie in pre-Christian religions and Christianity. All in some way or another are a "salute to spring," marking re-birth. The white Easter lily has come to capture the glory of the holiday. The word "Easter" is named after Eastre, the Anglo-Saxon goddess of spring. A festival was held in her honor every year at the vernal equinox (春分).

People celebrate the holiday according to their beliefs and their religious denominations (命名). Christians commemorate Good Friday as the day that Jesus Christ died and Easter Sunday as the day that He was resurrected (复活). Protestant settlers brought the custom of a sunrise service, a religious gathering at dawn, to the United States.

This year Easter will be celebrated on Sunday April 11, 20xx. On Easter Sunday children wake up to find that the Easter Bunny has left them baskets of candy. He has also hidden the eggs that they decorated earlier that week. Children hunt for the eggs all around the house. Neighborhoods and organizations hold Easter egg hunts, and the child who finds the most eggs wins a prize.

The Easter Bunny is a rabbit-spirit. Long ago, he was called the" Easter Hare." Hares and rabbits have frequent multiple births so they became a symbol of fertility. The custom of an Easter egg hunt began because children believed that hares laid eggs in the grass. The Romans believed that "All life comes from an egg." Christians consider eggs to be "the seed of life" and so they are symbolic of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Why we dye, or color, and decorate eggs is not certain. In ancient Egypt, Greece, Rome and Persia eggs were dyed for spring festivals. In medieval Europe, beautifully decorated eggs were given as gifts.

The doctor was sweating all over. ‘What to do? Take out the baby or told the woman’s husband that it was just a tumor?’ ‘But … I am a doctor!’ He thought. At last the doctor sewed up the woman’s abdomen. When he told the woman’s husband the truth the man didn’t move for a while. But then the man jumped to the doctor shouting at him. He was so angry and wanted to hit the r the accident a friend of the doctor’s asked him ‘Why did you do so? If you took out the baby no one knows.’‘But I know!’ said the doctor. I have a very similar experience. That was a Monday I was cleaning the ClASsroom after school. John my friend came up to me. He was looking for my maths teacher. But the teacher had been after work. So I told John to come again the next day. I said to myself if I met the maths teacher I would tell him that John had been looking for him.
